Bauer Media Group is a media group mainly dedicated to music which is based in Germany, Hamburg. Bauer Media Group is consisting of many companies collected around two main divisions, Magazines and Radio. This has been widely recognised and rewarded as being industry innovators. Bauer is the Europe’s largest privately owned publishing Group. Bauer has many brands including both radio and music, for example 4 Music, Hallam FM, Kerrang and Cool FM.

 Emap was the second largest magazine publishers in the UK withabout 18% of the news stand market by revenue. However om July 2007, the company a strategic review.
